The Summer of Dax, Son of Dad

Random photographic documentation of the Summer of Dax

BRAIN FREEZE!!!!

Dax and his buddy from up the street.

A couple of hams.  They play really well together. None of the drama that Leah and her
friends have.

This dog is so sweet to let Dax love on her so aggressively

Yet another trip to the shave ice shack.

Hangin' in the hammock at night with his Mama.

Dax loves when the carnival comes to town.

I'm not sure which he likes better, the rides or the cotton candy!

First Mate, Dax, on the boat ride at Lagoon.

Dax loves it when Grandma Tine visits from AZ.

We got family passes to Classic Skate.  Dax loves scooting around.

Dax says he wants to be a police officer like his Uncle Scott, but also wants to have
a beard like his Uncle Jim.

Dax was treated to a pretty great Summer.  That didn't stop him from
turning on the waterworks on the rare occasion he was told "no".

I think he's leaking brain juice.

Another trip to the roller rink.

Scooting is hard and really takes it out of you!

Dax and Leah's favorite part of church is getting to drive the truck home.

Helping Dad water the plants.

Throwing Popits on Pioneer Day

Popits, Sparklers and Parachut Men are his favorites!

Dax getting in the way of Dad's watering.

Dax enjoyed his first eclipse this Summer.

Dax the T Rex, ready to terrorize his Pre-K class.

Quote of the Day: "My hair is spiky, just like a T-Rex.  I'll probably
scare the teacher."  We should have warned her ahead of time.

First Day of School at Legacy Elementary.

I'm sure the teacher will catch on pretty quick that the rope he's holding is
better used to bind him to a post.

We started a new tradition this year with Dax and I going out for a
snack of fries and chocolate milk before the game.

Chocolate Milk...or as Dax calls it, Chokka Noke.

We had a very busy Summer so we didn't spend as much time in the back yard
as we wanted to.

Catching some rays with my hottie.

Many popsicles were consumed this Summer.

Riding rides at Lagoon with Mama.

Dax the Piper at the Payson Highland Games.

Dax tossin' the rock!

Just a couple lads cooling off in the creek during the hot Highland Festival.

"Spidermans don't smile.  They're tough!"

We hope your Summer was as fun and busy as this little dude's.
